Amanda Deveaux
Principal Lawyer
Amanda Deveaux is the founder and principal lawyer of Uptown Law. Prior to establishing Uptown Law, Amanda was a partner at a prominent boutique firm located in downtown Toronto. She holds a Juris Doctor from Bond University in Australia and was called to the bar in 2014. Before joining the bar in Canada, Amanda worked as an intern for United Nations at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Hague, Netherlands. Amanda has zealously advocated for clients in the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Throughout Amanda’s legal career, she has obtained diverse experience in many different areas of law. The areas in which she is extensively experienced are residential real estate and private lending.
